central gem for exploring ortisei and its surroundings

With the hotel just a few steps from the pedestrian zone, it was so easy to stroll through Ortisei and discover charming shops and cafes. The staff were great throughout our stay.

No complaints, overall well-appointed place.

The place was clean, newly renovated rooms. Extra care from the attentive and very very helpful staff. Large bedroom. A wide range of facilities such as: an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV. Enjoyable stay, as always.

helpful staff

Just a solid selection for a momentary pause in Ortisei with all in all great value for money. The staff went out of their way to help with recommendations on local sightseeing, made our stay even better. Be sure to take advantage of the bus pass offered for exploring the area.

Location short walk to the 170 bus station which is very convenient for Travellers using public transport and main streets. For shots visit Cascade, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Breakfast offered an amazing variety, catering to even the pickiest eaters, and the coffee was really good. Staff demonstrated really good attentiveness, even offering an umbrella during unexpected rain. While the decor in the room felt slightly outdated compared to the fine lobby, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations stood out.

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel was super fancy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast had delicious options and the coffee was great. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The hotel had on-site parking, convenient. They also had both an outdoor and indoor pool with great temperature. I was actually surprised and impressed by this hotel.
